Aquila Aviation is committed to providing the highest quality services to our customers through total quality management in order to meet
and exceed their expectations.
We endeavor to continuously and proactively manage and improve our processes by maintaining a
Quality Management System that complies with all the requirements of specific standards related to our industry.
Furthermore, as Suppliers play an important part in our quality chain process, particular care is taken to ensure those suppliers and their
services correspond to our guidelines. Before utilization, suppliers are evaluated on the basis of their operational capacity and preference
is given to those having already demonstrated high quality standards.
Suppliers are given precise instructions and service completion process is controlled.
All non-conformities are recorded and presented to
suppliers for corrective action. Supplier performance is regularly reviewed and appropriate actions taken where nonconformance is
identified.
This Quality Policy shall be understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization as well as being reviewed periodically
for its continuing suitability and effectiveness.
